Web Based Instruction Project
In the class, IT820, I learned how to design web based instruction. The end result was a website dedicated to helping teachers learn about and implement the blended learning model in their classrooms.

I learned so much in this class, including:

Designing around the Absorb-Do-Connect model

Planning an organized and intentional site structure

Utilizing a variety of web tools, such as discussion boards, interactive tables and contact forms

Maximizing aesthetic appeal through color palates and image selection

Giving attention to continuity among site design and layout details.
Looking to the future and the possibility of pursuing a career in instructional coaching or technology integration, I am confident that this website project will be a great addition to my professional portfolio.
