Multimedia Design Projects

In IT810, Multimedia Design, I was given the opportunity to learn about and implement a variety of design guidelines.  Additionally, I was able to produce several different projects using audio, video, interactive and accessible elements while at the same time, deepening my understanding of copyright expectations.

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CC

I used Adobe Photoshop throughout the course to edit and enhance images.  A number of tools were used within that Software program.  Details of my projects and the steps I followed to create the original images can be viewed by selecting either of the images to the right.

ADOBE PREMIERE PRO CC

I used the Premiere Pro software to create a short video clip with added text and personal watermark to be used to promote the reading of one of my favorite books, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, by C.S. Lewis.  Click the image on the left to view my video clip and see exactly how I completed this project.

AUDACITY

I used Audacity in a number of projects throughout many classes in the IDT program.  This example showcases my ability to layer sounds and use techniques such as fading. Click the image to the right for more information regarding my use of this software.

CAMTASIA

I have also used Camtasia to develop several video projects.  One of the most complicated projects was my video podcast, called Star of the Week.  To read more about this project, or to view the podcast, click on the image to the left.

SMART Notebook

I use SMART Notebook each day in my classroom, which is why I focused my final project for this course on teaching others how to use some of the SMART Notebook tools. To see my final project, click on the image to the right.
